The idea that worked

Anyone who has ever been to Milan Design Week has probably asked themselves at least once: “Why did I even come here?”. For the launch of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Zero Caffeine, we turned the busiest week in Milan into an opportunity to give people the evening they truly wanted: simple, relaxed and completely worry-free.

FUORISALONE, WITHOUT THE FUORISALONE HASSLE

Relaxation, sampling and consumer engagement

In the heart of Via Tortona, one of the key hubs of Milan Design Week, we created a space with zero crowds, zero pretentious installations, zero annoying noise, zero soggy finger food and zero queues for the bathroom. Just a cosy corner where people could stop, unwind and enjoy a Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Zero Caffeine. Inside a dedicated Glass House, we recreated the living room of a real home, offering visitors a break from the chaos of Design Week. Alongside the main experience, engagement activities inspired by the audience’s different “ideal evenings”, product sampling distributed by promoters dressed in pyjamas, personalised gadgets and instant photos helped make every visit memorable.

ZERO WORRIES ACROSS ITALY

An experiential format designed to travel

After Milan Design Week, the project became a travelling roadshow, bringing the same experience to nine additional Italian cities and adapting it to a variety of evening occasions relevant to the target audience. For the tour, we recreated the home-inspired setup and engagement activities inside a custom transparent truck, where people could step in and enjoy five minutes of pure relaxation. A scalable activation that allowed Coca-Cola Zero Zero to extend both brand experience and product sampling, reaching an even broader audience.
