A NEW APPROACH TO SOCIAL MEDIA
Amplifon challenged us to rethink how hearing loss is communicated on social media, shifting from a promotional approach to a more authentic and engaging narrative. Leveraging Amplifon's cluster segmentation, we identified key insights for each group and created sponsored reels on Meta inspired by the latest social trends. Each segment was addressed with a tailored tone of voice, making the content more targeted and effective.
